about the job
- Lead the inside sales team to drive sales and achieve sales targets
- Perform market pricing analysis and leverage technological opportunities to increase cost efficiency
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports and make sales presentations
- Gather insights to customer’s needs, market trends and competitors activity, and develop sales strategies to increase sales
- Provide appropriate product information to meet customer needs and support upselling
- Increase customer engagement and enhance work processes
- Address customer complaints and use customer feedback and engagement to evaluate sales and product effectiveness
- Collaborate with inter-departments to develop sales and marketing campaigns
job requirement
- Diploma/Degree in marketing, business or related fields
- Min 4 years relevant experience and proven track records in sales
- Hands on experience with data analytic such as Salesforce / CRM software and MS office applications
- Candidates experienced in the relevant industries (energy, power, electricity, gas etc.) are highly preferred
