Coordination with sub-contractors and in-house workers
Ensuring products meet client requirements
Upholding high workmanship standards
Effective communication with clients and conveying requirements to subcontractors
Liaise effectively with Project Manager, suppliers and sub-contractors
Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
Residential renovation experience in Singapore for at least 1 years
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work as a team
Positive, creative, hardworking & willing to learn
Class 3 licence with own vehicle is an advantage
