Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of company’s accounts for several entities.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation for accounting reports purposes.
- Prepare periodic budget and ad-hoc management report.
- Handle corporate taxation matters, GST and company grant.
- Improvise finance process workflow.
- Project expenses budget, cash flow monitoring, internal controls and forecast application.
- Provide financial advice to management so to improve business operation and achieve better cost-saving.
- Assist in general office administration including HRM when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance and professional qualification in Business Administration.
- At least 5years of Financial Accounting experience in marine industries.
- Report to director on all financial matters.
- Possess strong business acumen and a flair for financial analysis and problem solving.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Organized, meticulous and an eye for detail.
- Must be able to work independently.
