- Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in a customer service role with work experience in PPE, Clinical, Medical, Online Shopping, Hardware industry being an advantage.
- Detail oriented, keying of Sales Orders, good time management skills, arranging timely deliveries, managing online transactions, responding to customers enquiries promptly.
- Pleasant and friendly disposition, able to work with different nationalities and age groups.
- Mainly office duties with some adhoc marketing duties to be performed during trade fairs and introduction of SafetyFit brand products to customers.
- Tidy the showroom area and daily packing duties expected.
- Proficient in written English and ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word.
