- Administer defined and specific HR processes and policies such as talent management and sourcing, compensation & benefits, learning and development, employee and labor relations, employee communications, employment documentation and contract management, organizational design and change management
- Undertake a limited range of HR work, typically routine work requiring limited background research
- Focus on delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR process and policies
- Recognize issues and trends related to HR processes and address the same as per guidelines, else escalate for resolution
- Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations
