Responsibilities

- Coach and lead sales engineer to ensure marketing strategy, KPI implementation and sales achievement within allocated territories
- Support and motivate the team members to achieve KPIs
- Proactively inspect, analyse and report on, to the Business Director, the training activity, effectiveness and effort from the team, to ensure that the training and education efforts and results meet company expectations;
- Improve the performance of the team by identifying, implementing and managing business resources, programs, sales tools, and sales growth initiatives;
- Collaborate with principal suppliers to help develop & introduce new products into the assigned region
