1. Manage the business to achieve the targets set by the board of the company with specific KPIs and targets to be met
2. Recruitment of trained technologists and trainees through coordination with recruiters and job portals
3. Meet with hospitals, clinics and surgeons to promote the company’s services
4. Drive the application process for tenders, onboarding and other administrative procedures as required from the client hospitals and clinics
5. Operations and Regulatory Compliance, including liaising with prospective equipment and consumable manufacturers to register products for the company, internal and external audit and review of financial statements and payroll from the Accounts and Corporate teams
6. Guide the team to ensure adherence to the company’s guidelines on IONM, health and safety and other applicable guidelines
7. Guide Accounts team on the prompt monthly closing of key milestones including monthly accounts closing, payroll preparation, GST preparation, employee income tax preparation etc
8. Guide Corporate team on the invoicing process, new staff onboarding process and general office upkeep and operations
9. Drive ad-hoc projects as requested by the Board for business development and overseas expansion
