Job Description:
· Conduct daily visual checks on the residents’ health conditions and well-being.
· Ensure residents’ medical and dietary requirements are met.
· Assists in the residents’ Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
· Plan and engage residents in activities during festivities, such as Chinese New Year, National Day, Mooncake Festival.
· Build rapport and trust with residents.
· Cultivate a supportive relationship with Next Of Kin (NOK).
· Update NOK on residents’ conditions either face to face or phone call.
· Building a relationship of trust and respect with residents and NOK.
· Organised family conference.
· Monitor residents’ needs, progress, and plan of care.
· Coordinate and schedule appointments.
· Ensure a good standard of service quality.

· This position is equivalent to Executive role (non-managerial position).
· Working hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
· Willing and able to work on (1) Saturday AND Sunday in a month
· This job does not need you to have Nursing background (trainiing will be provided).
· Conversant in local dialects will be an advantage.
