Markit EDM LEAR Developer

Responsibilities and Key performance indicators:

• The resource will be responsible for the BAU maintenance of the existing EDM application and also lead a small team of 4 members.
• Strong attention to detail demonstrated by ability to follow and develop specific, outlined, and detailed procedures (must have).
• Work with multiple vendors to resolve daily BAU issues.
• Work with Stakeholders to identify Business requirements and their processes.
• Perform triages to keep updated on the daily issues and as well to prioritize the issues.

Perform Team Lead Activities which include below: -

1. Do Delivery Planning for Enhancements and Fixes for the team.
2. Able to do and justify Estimates for Enhancements.
3. Able to articulate Solutions to Key Stakeholders.
4. People Management for a small sized team.
5. Able to create Status reports and present.
6. Manage Key Stakeholder expectations and align delivery accordingly.

To provide BAU (Business As Usual) support for Enterprise Data Management (EDM) which include

• Attending to Business & Technical Users on a Day-to-Day Queries / Requests.
• Attending to Application Change Requests.
• Participating in Regular Planned BAU Activities (e.g. Audit, Disaster Recovery Exercise, etc.)
• Supporting Application Version / Patch Release Testing and Implementation

Knowledge and skills:

1. 10 or more years’ experience in a Team Lead/Technical Lead/Functional Lead Role.
2. Software Delivery Management.
3. Stakeholder Management (Clients, Users, Vendors & Partners).
4. Skilled at Requirement & Business Analysis.
5. Skilled at Functional & Technical Analysis.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
7. Good interpersonal and people management skills.
8. Key Technical Skills: SQL and Markit EDM.
9. Master Data Management.
10. Knowledge of Bloomberg and Copp Clark Data set.
11. Familiarity with JIRA.
12. Web Service.
13. Control M or other scheduling tools.
14. Markit EDM Certification (Preferred) management.
