Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry based in Singapore, is seeking a HR Manager to join the client's team ( Civil engineering ) in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will play a key role in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Handle employee relations and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage HR data and reporting
- Work closely with management to develop and execute HR strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent management
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
