Job Summary:
As an Sales Manager, he/she will drive business growth by developing winning sales strategies, closing key deals, and becoming the go-to expert in UPS / generators solutions. As an integral part of our team, you'll be the expert in UPS / generators products, industry standards, and power system design.

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead sales strategies and generate new business opportunities for our company.
- Cultivate and close relationships with key accounts, end customers, consultants, and system integrators.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to secure compelling business deals.
- Stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and PS solutions to fuel business growth.
- Set budgetary forecasts and sales targets for the SEA market.
- Foster key relationships with end customers, influencers, and contractors.
- Analyze sales and market data for strategic decision-making.
- Become the go-to expert in UPS products, industry standards, and power system design.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years in UPS / generator sets sales.
- Proven track record in direct and channel sales, adept at engaging senior executives.
- Strong technical knowledge of power generation products and solutions.
- Results-driven with a competitive spirit for success.
- Team player with an open-minded approach to interactions at all levels.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.
