Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements in line with IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP.
- Lead audit processes, collaborating with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure full compliance and operational efficiency.
- Manage timely financial reporting and compliance across all statutory and internal frameworks.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and planning to support decision-making and company growth.
- Develop and optimize financial processes and systems, leveraging QuickBooks and integrating innovative AI technologies.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial transactions and reporting, making use of QuickBooks for everyday financial operations.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including significant experience in financial or statutory auditing roles.
- CA/CPA certification, with a strong preference for candidates who are fully qualified.
- Expert knowledge of IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP, with hands-on experience in financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a keen ability to manage and report financial data effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, able to effectively work with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
