Working Hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours
Monthly Salary: up to $3.3k per month
6 months Contract
Job Scope:
- Carry out financial operations using financial systems
- Adhere to finance-related legislations and policies and apply the relevant procedures
- Work with a team of finance officers to administer the processing of invoices for purchases made
- Provide advice to various units, engaging and supporting them in areas of financial policies
- Recommend process improvements through data analytics
- Partake in projects to enhance systems and processes
- Process finance transactions promptly
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other relevant fields
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess strong analytical skills and prepared to work with accounting functions
- Meticulous and independent worker with minimum supervision
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and able to meet tight deadlines
- Prior knowledge in budget and financial management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Work and PowerPoint) and SAP
