Operations Manager – Genting Road ( 6 day)
- min diploma in Civil Engineering / mechanical engineering or its equivalent
- preferably 5-year of relevant experience in the field of construction/ building materials specializing in the manufacturing of ready-mix concrete or its related products at the same capacity
- good knowledge and working experience in managing a Ready-mix batching plants, products quality and well verse of ISO documentations
- possess relevant knowledge and working experience in concrete technology and concrete quality control
- responsible for all the batching plants operation and overall performance
- to manage and supervise all the batching plant operational staff at the plant
- advise operation and administrative policies to all the batching plants
- review the daily production and ensure production is carried out to the plan
- provide technical assistance to staff on special concrete specifications as and when required
- review the control of processing the non-conforming material / product detected
- to odentify the training needs for the staff of all batching plants
- attend to customer complaints on plant matters and investigate the problems and faults to determine their causes
- ensure all batching plants carry out the quality control as quality plan
- to initial research, develop and formulation of new products and improved existing products
- ensure prompt and on time delivery of ready-mix concrete to customers
- technical support to customers and problem solving
- attend to plant enquiry and working closely with plant personnel to resolve issues arise
- documentation for iso certification and upheld the quality level
- responsible for all technical and quality aspects of the ready-mix concrete
- possess Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle
- Basic salary : S$ 5000 – S$ 6500 neg
