Job Description:
- Support organisational wide multi-pronged improvement initiatives identified by WPOT. Work closely with various departments or professional groups to operationalise the plan
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary improvement projects team in identify process inefficiencies, project scoping, goal setting, process mapping, root cause and data analysis, designing efficient workflow and formulate innovative solutions to problems
- Monitor progress and outcomes of the projects to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of improvement initiatives
- Provide progress and status update of initiatives to WPOT. Escalate challenges and proposed solutions to WPOT for review and decision
- Train, mentor and coach improvement team members on relevant knowledge, improvement tools and techniques in developing and executing improvement projects
- Act as a change agent to instil improvement mindset and proliferate improvement knowledge within the organization to create a culture of continuous improvement
Job Requirements: Min degree in Science, Industrial System Engineering, Nursing, Sciences and etc
