Retail Sales Executives is responsible for the delivering of outstanding client service by engaging client and be attentive to client needs. Demonstrate high professional service standards with the ability to engage clients and achieve sales objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing quality and consistency of client services corresponding to boutique standards of image and services – identifying clients’ needs, developing client relationships and delivering post-sale services
- Achieving monthly sales and key performance indicators objectives
- Maintain boutique store environment and visual merchandising in prime condition
- Adhering to company operating procedures, compliance policies and systems
- Professional, good team work, discipline and mutual respect in order to contribute to smooth daily operations of the boutique
Requirements:
- At least 1 year retail experience
- Proven work experience in luxury industry, fashion, watch, jewellery or beauty field will be an advantage
- Fluency in English, possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Well-groomed, energetic, pro-active, self-motivated and good selling skills with passion in service
- Able to work independently and willingness to learn
- Strong sense of responsibility with a positive "can-do" spirit
