Working Location: Kent Ridge

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, Office Hours

Salary: Up to $2800 (Salary commensurate with experience)

6 months contract


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue collaterals such as scrolls and transcripts
  • Support event (e.g. Commencement) preparation such as data preparation, logistics and updating of the commencement website
  • Manning commencement mailbox, hotline and enquiries
  • Assist in commencement registration for graduates and guest ticket matters
  • Assist in events
  • Provide logistics support
  • Man hotline(s)

Job Requirements:

  • GCE A Level and above
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Organised and able to work well under pressure and can adhere to tight deadlines
  • Teamcplayer with good problem-solving and critical-thinking skill
  • Goodcadministrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Ms Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • Exposure to Photoshop, Canva or other applications will be an advantage
  • Service-oriented and positive attitude
