Job scope
- Assist in the daily planning and deployment of Officers.
- Apply for LTA permit(s) as and when required for traffic TMO works.
- Assist OM in conducting regular site visits to ensure work standards and adherence of SOPs.
- Resolve and report to (OM) on any on-site manpower or operational issues.
- Build up an excellent relationship with clients (project manager, onsite supervisors) through prompt response to teething issues and job requests.
- Ensure welfare of officers are taken care of and provide feedbacks to OM, if any.
- Assist OM in organizing training for officers as and when needed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by OM or management.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
- Computer literate
- Possess Security licence and CCTC certificate
- Experience in security and traffic control operations will be an advantage
- Able to communicate fluently with English/Mandarin/Chinese dialects- speaking clients and officers
- Has a pleasant disposition and being a good team player.
