Responsibilities:
1. Develop the company's operational strategy, objectives, plans, and execution standards, driving the achievement of the company's strategic operational goals and continuously enhancing overall economic efficiency.
2. Establish external relationships for the company and drive business development. Lead the team in expanding cooperation resources from various sectors, including commercial, organizational, academic, and others. Provide forward-looking predictions for business development and propose innovative ideas for business layout.
3. Promote the execution of key management processes and regulatory procedures in the business. Optimize and adjust the organization and processes in a timely manner.
4. Ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company. Develop budgets and financial plans.
5. Make decisions on significant matters and represent the company in major business, diplomatic, or other important activities.
6. Handle major unexpected events for the company.
Requirements:
1. Aged between 30 and 45, with a full-time bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Possess over 2 years of senior management experience. Familiar with knowledge related to film and television production.
3. Familiar with corporate business and operational processes, master advanced corporate management models, and possess knowledge in finance, human resources, corporate operations, investment and financing, and related fields. Also, have advanced management concepts, a keen business sense, and a strong performance-oriented mindset.
