Job Title: Recruitment Consultant


Job Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to meet the staffing needs of client organizations. You will play a crucial role in the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
    Consult with clients to define job requirements and understand company culture.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract and identify potential candidates. Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  3. Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms. Develop and implement effective recruitment advertising strategies.
  4. Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  5. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Provide timely feedback to both clients and candidates.
  6. Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and communicate job offers to successful candidates. Work closely with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market dynamics.
  8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in the recruitment process. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Exposure to the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

Working Conditions: Recruitment Consultants often work in office environments, but they may also attend client meetings or networking events. The role may require occasional overtime or flexible hours to accommodate client and candidate schedules.
