Develop strategy, managing and collaborate with distributorship in local and South East Asian to achieve sales budget, Key performance Indicators and monitoring marketing activities.
- Drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for current business expansion, new business development and implementation strategy including budget and cash-flow projection, milestone and required resources based on market demand evaluation and strategic fit in SEAI region.
- Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, complex potential accounts to build key relationships at local and regional levels.
- Lead regular high-level communication with Japan’s factory, sales department and distributors in the region for project development strategy and planning
- Manage financial and budgetary requirements of sales and service operations, continuous improvement and change management initiatives for time, cost and quality improvements.
- Drive team performance, train and develop team members in enhancing technical product knowledge, management of distributors and succession planning.
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of sales and management experience in light construction machinery, good knowledge in import & export businesses preferred.
- Possess good knowledge in technology market and experience in digital solution enablement including consultation, design, and or implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
