JOB DESCRIPTION
The job holder’s responsibilities will include a spectrum of HR functions including HR business partnering role, recruitment, employee relations, process improvement projects, data analysis and reporting, with a focus in Talent Management and staff recognition. You will also be required to work closely with departments to establish rapport and provide advice and support on HR-related matters.:
You will lead a HR team to provide HR operational support to all institutions in accordance with our service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The scope of HR operational support covers the employee lifecycle administration after onboarding, specifically contract management services including probation confirmation, employee transfer, conversion of employment contract terms, and retirement and re-employment. You will also be responsible for driving projects that leverages on technology to achieve work efficiency for the department.
You will manage, coach and develop the team members to enhance their competencies in the handling of daily operations and complex issues, and improve the overall service quality of the team. Besides ensuring the work processes are in compliance with HR policies and government regulations, you will also be responsible for the design, review and implementation of work process improvements and system enhancements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree and equivalent;
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience in large organizations with matrix reporting structure such as in government sectors, MNCs, and healthcare industry;
- Good project management, analytical, problem solving and organisational skills;
- Good interpersonal skills, able to interface with people at all levels effectively and to foster relationships across departments and functional groups;
