You will play a pivotal role in managing SingHealth’s talent management and succession planning process and be responsible for implementing and reviewing talent development strategies, initiatives, tools and processes which includes talent identification and assessment, talent engagement, succession and development planning so as to build leadership bench strength and pipeline for the needs of SingHealth. You will be required to ensure timely appointment of the most suited candidates for key leadership positions within SingHealth, manage SingHealth’s talent pool through strong engagement and conceptualise the succession planning management framework for SingHealth to ensure leadership continuity. You will be required to work with the relevant stakeholders to review and develop learning and development plans and programmes for the identified talent as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of these plans and programmes.
In addition, you will support and drive implementation of new projects and initiatives in the department and monitor the effectiveness of implementation. You will also perform a supervisory role and be required to mentor and coach junior staff.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in talent management under a sizeable organization
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting will be an added advantage
- Strong teamwork with good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
- Analytical, resourceful, results-focused and innovative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
