We are a small team striving to brew to best kombucha in Singapore!
Key Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing logistics operations, ensuring compliance with on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include preparing customer orders, coordinating with the brewing team to ensure sufficient stock at all times, responding to customer questions, bottle labelling, and continuous improvement for efficient supply chain operations.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform day to day operations to ensure sufficient stocks and order preparation.
- Liaise with Production Team to ensure efficient logistics flow and through continuous improvement.
- Work with customers to manage the order re-scheduling and ensure sales order case fill rate 99%.
- Act as the customer’s first point of contact in case of logistics and claims from the customers.
- Handle various claims from customers and resolve the issues in a timely manner.
- Liaise with colleagues or managers of each team to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
- Implement logistics SOP and KPI.
- Assist with maintaining brewery cleanliness.

- The ability to work in a fast paced, wet, loud production environment on one’s feet for most of the day.
- Willing to perform cleaning duties regularly according to company’s SFA imposed cleaning schedule.
- Advanced verbal & written proficiency in English.
- No prior experience needed.
