We understand the importance of digitization in today's business landscape and offer solutions to streamline the sales processes through end-to-end omni-channel approaches. Our digital sales enablers help professionalize the Porsche sales experience, making it more convenient and accessible for both, dealers & customers.
- Lead the ramp-up of a digital product team that builds, operates, and rolls out solutions to corresponding markets.
- Define strategic direction for the team and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop processes and procedures that enable efficient and effective product development and delivery.
- Identify and select strategic partners and ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Decide on the product portfolio and ensure it aligns with company strategy and meets customer needs.
- Engage with markets and headquarters to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyse and improve existing business processes, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and research industry trends and best practices.
- 10+ years of experience in the automotive or retail industry, with a strong focus on digital topics such as building digital products and teams as well as planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing agile product teams.
- Excellent knowledge of agile methodology, particularly the SAFe framework as well as experience with enterprise
organizations. - Ability to model business processes and apply architectural principles to business solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization.
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of retail processes in the automotive industry and the latest digital trends and technologies.
- Profound market knowledge of the regions Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Latin America
- Proficiency in German would be an advantage.
