- Position Title: Account Manager
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Commission + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Solutions/Services Sales, focusing on Corporate/Enterprise market segment.
- Perform cold calling for leads generation, and prospecting leading to closure of sales.
- Work closely with Marketing/Product/Technical/Pre-Sales teams for sales closures.
- Prepare quotations and tendering activities.
- Manage existing customers on up-selling opportunities and maintenance contracts.
- Maintain, Build and Develop strong relationships with the customers.
- Submit regular reports covering Sales funnel and Accounts planning.
- Acquire new/ potential customers.
- Involve in company marketing activities such as promotions, launches and other ad-hoc event.
- Manage and form long-term client relationships with key accounts and strategic accounts.
