Core responsibilities
· Liaise with Sales Team or clients to understand the project
· Prepare tender documents and oversee design & technical drawings preparation
· Conduct necessary site surveys and measurements
· Work closely with Fabrication Team for fabrication works
· Conduct quality check on end products before delivery
· Plan and manage project activities to ensure delivery within schedule and cost
· Sourcing of special materials or props, if required
· Troubleshoot all technical issues pertaining to fabrication & installation
· Other job requirements by Superior
Job specifications
· Possess effective organizational and planning skills with an eye for detail
· Working knowledge of Sketchup and Illustrator
· Able to read and understand technical drawings
· Knowledge of material applications
· Able to communicate at all levels
· 2 years of relevant experience preferred
· Able to work OT hours
· Familiar with mall regulations is an advantage
