- Position Title: Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Pioneer (Nearby MRT station)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 7.45 AM – 4.45 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,500 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, label, and record invoices for raw materials.
- Examine and execute payments to suppliers.
- Keep track of various records (e.g. assets & tooling inventories).
- Create reports on raw material inventory levels.
- Support the preparation of internal and external reports.
- Contribute to the creation of the company's financial plans.
- Aid in financial auditing and handling tax matters.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- GCE "A" Level, LCCI, Diploma, or similar in Accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing (training provided for those without relevant experience).
- Experience with inventory management and costing.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous in ensuring preciseness and attention to detail.
