- Data Entry into Times Payroll system
- Prepare monthly renewal contract and Letter of Appointment
- Filling
- Arranging interview
- Preparing and checking of payroll to make sure the accuracy of data
- Housekepping duties like stock taking of company's uniform and archive old document files
- Other ad hoc HR and admin duties
Requirements
- Must be able to commit 2 full days in a week (Tue & Thu).
- Meticulous and organised
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive information with tact
- Patience
- Know how to set priority and manage time well
- Work location: Nursing Home at Lengkok Bahru
- Good for retireer or housewife who still wish to work but unable to work full time due to family commitment
