(A) Job Functions:
The Building Engineer is responsible, but not limited to, the following:
- Perform daily operations of architectural works and the interfacing trades of high-rise building;
- Establish and track weekly and monthly targets;
- Drive progress, resolve constraints on site;
- Liaise with consultants and subcons on design works.
(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Building or Engineering.
- Has prior experience in handling architectural works.
(D) Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
- Knowledge of building, structural and architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices.
- Knowledge of local regulations and engineering standards.
- Experience in CONQUAS/ Defects/ Handing over.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with local regulations pertaining to building, construction and safety.
