KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize our ecommerce presence on various marketplaces, including Lazada, Shopee, Amazon & our Shopify website.
- Create and maintain product listings, ensuring that they are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search and conversion.
- Monitor and analyse sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage customer relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that inventory levels, pricing, and promotions are aligned with company goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce marketplace management.
- Executing customer order fulfilment and perform daily operation duties in Shop.
- Facilitate in Shop operations - basic housekeeping, merchandising, stock ordering, at efficient performance level.
- Providing excellent service to walk-in customers.
- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce marketplace, especially Lazada and Shopee.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools, such as Seller Central, Shopify, Canva, etc.
- Excellent customer service communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Result-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales growth and improving online brand image.
- Proven experience in ecommerce marketplace.
