An exciting opportunity to be part of the Actuarial System Support team to support the testing of products within the Insurance industry.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Actuarial Studies, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics;
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in supporting actuarial systems and product pricing;
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure;
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities;
- Good understanding and knowledge in product development, pricing and financial conditional management;
- Detailed oriented, meticulous, analytical and strong problem solving skills;
- Demonstrates proficient technical and analytical skills;
- Maintains a high level of integrity, taking ownership of tasks and fostering a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Part of the Actuarial System Support team to support the testing of products within the Insurance industry;
- Establish products within the product engine, which includes activities such as coding formulas and setting up product tables;
- Provide support for testing products within the product engine;
- Work closely with various team such as the Actuarial Pricing team, Product Implementation team, and IT team to address any issues encountered during testing;
- Able to ensure the timely completion of product testing as per defined milestones;
- Take ownership of evaluating and mitigating business and regulatory compliance risks;
- Remain updated on industry trends regarding regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technological advancements to enhance risk management strategies;
- Identify and communicate potential concerns or risks, and share best practices for risk management proactively.
