  • Make our guests feel at home with your wholehearted friendliness while you attend to their arrival/ departure needs promptly with full accuracy.
  • Handle irregularities and/or guests’ feedback with empowerment and accountability.
  • Work closely with other departments on deliverables necessary to create a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Your versatility and employability skills will also be enhanced with learning and development opportunities at the rooms division.

We will love to hear from you if you have a passion in creating experiences for our guests and is able to work independently in a fast paced environment. Required at least 01 year of hotel experience and this role requires individual to perform rotating shifts across a 5-day week.


Applicant can opt to work in rostered retail hours between 8am (earliest shift) to 9pm (latest end shift) only. (no night shift). Applicable for Executive and above position.
