Accounts Executive (MATERNITY COVER FROM 1 MAY TO 31 NOV 2024)
Responsibilities
• Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Preparing invoices for rentals, renovations, inventory, aircon services, cleaning services, repairs jobs to tenants/partners
• Generate and consolidate AR Aging report
• Monitor & follow-up with tenants/partners on overdue account
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, recording and reconciling the accounts receivables and accounts payables matters
• Handling all bank matters including bank reconciliations
• General Admin Work
Qualifications
• Polytechnic Diploma (accounting related) / LCCI level 2 minimum
• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and Xero Accounting Software
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
