Job Responsibilities:
∙ Ensuring smooth store operation and management
∙ Achieving store sales goals
∙ Motivates and drives the sales team to achieve their individual and store KPI
∙ Identifying and implementing new initiatives for improving service standards and sales
∙ Providing training and coaching on product and customer services to sales team
∙ Dealing with any customers enquires and complaints
∙ Managing all store operational activities (Cash protection, loss prevention, inventory, manpower)
∙ Encouraging team environment between associates
∙ Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
∙ Provide daily operation reports to management
∙ Ensuring proper inventory management
