JOB SCOPE
- Assist director in defining and implementing the “go to market” strategies for all property digital assets
- Assist director in managing planning cycles and forecasts
- Involve in managing and prioritizing digital related requests in areas like enhancements, bugs/issues
- Proactively approach and network with relevant stakeholders to position as a subject leader for digitalization whose aim to offer and deliver transformation consulting as well as long term partnership for digital technology and services
- Build up, develop and manage a community of product and project specialists who are capable of defining, managing and delivering digital solutions
- Maintain a good communication and working relationship with external companies/partners
- Actively engage in identifying opportunities for local value add, innovations and external partnerships to enhance digital solution to fit customers and business needs at best
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10 years and above of relevant digital product management experience.
- Experience in managing B2C online products and understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Experience in managing developmental resources (Project manager, Business analyst, Developer, Designer, QA Engineer etc)
- Experience in people management
- Experience in managing communication and interaction with Senior Management
- Experience working in a large, global company and communications with corporate office.
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
