Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare import/export documentation
- Coordinate with freight forwarding company / customers and vendors for transportation and shipment arrangements
- Manage shipment schedules and progress
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Maintain accurate shipment records
- Communicate with stakeholders on shipment status
- Implement cost-saving measures for efficiency
- Resolve shipment issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
- Handle adhoc/administration duties
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least O level and above.
- Preferable 1-2 years relevant experience
- Possessed good IT knowledge e.g., MS skill and interpersonal skill
