Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of authorities’ regulations such as SFA / FSSC / Halal etc
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team members
- Provide guidance and support to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently
- Ensure all products produced meet high quality standards by implementing quality control procedures, conduct regular inspections and monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues
- Maintain and ensure timeliness and accuracy of kitchen reports i.e. Cleaning Programme, Chiller, Temperature recording, Incident report, Waste Management and etc.
- Lead and manage new projects assigned e.g. Live Station services and workflow
- Manage inventory levels including raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials. Place order for materials as needed and work to minimize waste and reduce costs
- Works closely with Production Manager to develop production plans and schedules
- Conduct monthly disposal of expired goods, ensuring FIFO process
- Works with Production Manager to manage budget; monitor cost and identify areas for cost savings
- Conduct training and develop production crew ensure they have necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as catering management
- Good knowledge and recognition of food products is essential
- Possess knowledge of best practices in catering management
- Able to work extended hours based on demands of business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive working attitude with good adaptability
- Highly organized, detail orientated and able to handle stress
- Demonstrate ability to interact and work effectively across different departments
