Job scope:-
- Manage the annual review exercise for performance management, salary increment and bonuses
- Participate in annual salary benchmarking exercises and as well as benefits reviews.
- Conduct job evaluations
- Build collaborative partnership with external and internal stakeholders and provide C&B recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments.
- Derive insights from C&B data to improve, enable more effective people decisions and optimize cost.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance to relevant regulations and policies
Job Requirement:-
- Min Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Min 3 Years experience in C&B specialisation
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
