You dont need to have MICE experience to work with us. Were looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial self-starters with a strong sense of ownership, passion and curiosity, driven by our values of care, ownership, trust, passion and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly management reports (vs budget) and rolling forecasts, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis for business reviews.
- Prepare Group and BU monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial analysis reports, board papers and other requested information.
- Work closely with subsidiaries finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly results, forecasts and annual budget.
- Monitor the internal control, act as an administer for key financial system.
- Assist in FP&A improvement processes, lead and contribute to system improvement projects, reporting alignment and other regional initiatives.
- Assist in Finance Transformation tasks such as system implementation, process improvements, automation process and tasks re-allocation.
- Any other duties and projects as assigned by reporting officer.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with financial planning software is desirable.
- Experience in Salesforce/SAP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Current work location is at Braddell, with a relocation to Expo in 2024.
