Job Responsibilities:
Tender
- Responsible managing and monitor the overall performance of the tender process to obtain maximum efficiency, quality and service
- Responsible to analyse and evaluate tender documents from technical point of view to identify risk factors, ensuring technical compliance with the relevant standards and requirements
- Responsible to prepare and finalise project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per requirements, this includes all systems, products and services to the client specifications/requirements for management review and approval
- Preparing and developing technical presentations
- Management of Pre and Post Tender documentations & clarifications
- Perform other duties as assigned
Project
- Project and site co-ordination
- Accountable for checking and supervising site works
- Responsible for all site matters including safety, quality and other compliance matters
- Monitor the progress of project schedule
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned
