Customer Service Executive (Airfreight)

Location: Central
Salary Range: Up $4K
Working hours: 5.5days (Sat half day wfh)
Job Scope:
- Respond to customer inquiries and generate quotations
- Coordinate and organize import and export shipments
- Communicate with international agents to verify shipping documents and adhere to country-specific rules and regulations
- Issue customs permits as required
- Maintain close communication with vendors, shippers, customers, carriers, and overseas agents
- Conduct data entry for freight services
- Ensure accurate management of paperwork and documentation for billing
- Close files promptly after the completion of shipments
