Responsibilities
• Support the review and enhancement of data governance framework, policies, standards, guidelines and data inventory across the Group
• Assist in performing risk and impact assessments
• Provide advisory to Business Units on personal data protection at various stages of the personal data life cycle
• Review and assist in conducting awareness training on personal data protection to foster personal data protection awareness across the Group
• Assist in data breach incident investigations and facilitate remediation action plans
• Manage the data incident log to ensure accuracy and up-to-date
• Assist in providing data incident summaries and reports as per request
• Providing support in the Cross-Border Privacy Rules certification renewal process
• Assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Skills/Requirement
• At least 2 + years of relevant working experience in the area of data protection and risk management, preferably from the financial services/insurance industry
• Knowledge of Singapore PDPA and preferably with knowledge of other related/relevant privacy regulations
• Training in Data Protection Management, Business Risk Management, and Cyber and Data Breach Incident Management is desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player and able to work under pressure and meet timelines
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude towards work
