My client, a leading European Technology and Manufacturing MNC is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their industrial software solutions market growth. You will work closely with various stakeholders regarding regional business. This involves taking care of direct enterprise sales and business development across different industries (oil&gas, chemical, pharma, energy etc.) to achieve growth in assigned region.
Responsibilities include aligning with the Regional BU Head for the strategy, solution selling and account development in industrial software sector, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet clients’ expectations, and generating revenue by connecting with targeted clients.
Ideal Candidates shall be:
- A solid understanding of industrial software solutions/IIOT technical knowledge is a must.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related area.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in software solutions for industrial manufacturing process.
- Proven record in sales/business development.
- Ability to communicate with and manage various levels of stakeholders and partners.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
