Job Description:
- Perform evaluation on new supplier who are supplying parts and ensuring part is consistently meeting specification requirement.
- Perform audit on Reliability Characteristic Item/ Safety Characteristic Item suppliers audit to ensure that quality standards comply with drawing, customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Perform on site supplier visits to resolve incoming, outgoing process and warranty quality issues and non-conformances. Follow up with supplier on CAPA and perform effectiveness review.
- Establish yearly audit plan and perform audit accordingly.
- Engage suppliers on quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update LMS and contract approved vendor list.
- Review and manage supplier performance metrics (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
Job Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent applicable experience
- Possess Class 3 driving license
- Min. 2 years industrial experience in quality assurance field
- Knowledge of military vehicles will be an advantage
