Job Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content from ideation, planning, execution to post-production on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and etc.
- Monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing campaign performance within digital ad platforms and identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum revenue and traffic goals
- Working with internal teams (retail, experiences, brand, creative, etc.) to support Baby’s Hyperstore omnichannel strategies and develop a personalized paid media experience
- Ensuring creative standards are upheld across platforms and giving input where needed with creative teams
- Initiate and drive influencer strategy & engagement in collaboration with the Marketing team to leverage social media opportunities
- Track audience preference and generate short video contents/recommend new topics to get a hold of their attention
- Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in marketing, mass communication or equivalent experience
- Possesses at least a Diploma in Marketing or related marketing disciplines
- Minimum 2 years in Social Media Marketing in-house or at media, marketing or advertising agencies
- Experience with management of social media platforms and website content creation
- Creative Storytelling techniques
- Meticulous and organized
- Passionate about and proficient in video editing, and video editing tools, such as Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects
