Job Responsibilities
- To provide support to the Team Leader and Supervisor in the daily ground operations
- Providing management of facilities, running of system operations and handling enquiries
- Attending to all operational matters as and when deemed necessary, to make situation decisions to minimize disruption to the operation
- Ensure that all office equipment, computer peripherals and communication equipment are handled and maintained in good working condition
- Reconcile and take custody of all payment collections at the end of shift with the report generated by POS machines to ensure they are properly accounted
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum GCE O Level with 2 years of Cashiering / Customer Service experience
- Have prior relevant experience in the scope that has been assigned
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
Working Hours / Location
- Tuas Link MRT
- 4 days work, 2 days off (rotating basis)
- 10am to 10pm / 10pm to 10am (2hrs break)
- Basic + Incentives + Allowances + Bonus! Uniform provided!
