The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for the business of the assigned markets or customer accounts. The responsibilities of this position include:
Responsibilities:
- Sales quota for the assign customer accounts
- Establish & manage key customer relationships. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, monitor their preferences and the activities of our competition.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to navigate and penetrate customer accounts.
- Actively communicate with management on new business development ideas.
- Commercial negotiation with customers and suppliers.
- Presentation and successful positioning of company, products, and services to prospects.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Manage the sales processes for the customer accounts including generating sales quotation, sales forecasting, tracking of maintenance expiry, loan planning and weekly sales cadence reporting.
- Provide the sales input to the product management and competitor & market analysis.
- Effective interworking with external partners: supplier, contractors etc.
- Effective interworking with internal organizations: pre-sales, post-sales service, business operation etc.
- Participate in Corporate marketing events (e.g. conferences or trade shows) representing the Company.
Requirements:
- Preferably more than 1 year's working experience in Telecom market or network systems integration environment.
- Fresh graduate or diploma holder with good persuasion skills may be considered.
- Good knowledge of telecommunication technologies such as optical and IP networking is an advantage.
- Possess a strong desire to learn, acquire new skills and apply them to solve problem.
- Ability to network effectively.
- Good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
