Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger system.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing, assist in ensuring that statutory accounts, management reports and tax returns are submitted on an accurate and timely basis.
- Maintain Sarbanes Oxley compliance for financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with various data protection acts when sharing information around the world.
- Maintain fixed assets register
- Preparation of cash applications and accounts reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist in ongoing and upcoming projects
- Liaising with different stakeholders and outsourced vendors
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Meticulous, with eye for detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and proactive behavior
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in the finance application area
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
