We are a rapidly growing employment agency based in Singapore. To provide more efficient and prompt services to our clients and colleagues, we are looking to hire a Sales Administrator to handle daily administrative tasks.
Position: Administrator
Location: Chinatown
Work hour: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 2pm
Job Duties:
- Manage and organize administrative tasks related to client accounts.
- Prepare and process client paperwork, including engagement letters, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Work closely with consulting teams, submit various applications to the MOM, track the results of these applications, and complete the application process step by step.
- Upload resumes into the system, verify the data, and then save it in the system.
- Update job advertisements on different platforms.
- Other ad hoc administrative support where required
Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year experience as sales Admin, experience with Employment Agency will be advantage;
- Candidate with CEI-basic will be advantage (Shortlisted candidate is expected and should be willing to take the certification after joinning or confirmation, company will bear the cost for CEI)
- Proficient in using computers and able to quickly grasp new work methods.
- Capable of completing work independently with attention to detail and care.
- Can start work immediately.
